National Cash Advance Companies
Several companies appear to operating with the signage of "National Cash Advance", including the website nationalcashadvance.ca that appears unaffiliate with the storefront locations.
A company operating as National Cash Advances began 2012 operating in a small network of six offices located in Surrey, Mission, Maple Ridge, Burnaby and Abbotsford. However, as of February 2012 the company was effective shut down by the Canadian government. The action was due to an investigation launched to determine if National Cash intentionally subverted the country’s lending laws. The company turned over its industry licensing which effectively put National Cash out of operation for any kind of payday loan business. Prior to the shutdown, the company offered quick-loan products up to $1,500 per customer application.
